Home Access Center Information

Home Access Center (HAC) is the online grade portal for guardians and students in the Brookville Area School District's eSchoolPLUS student information system.  The portal can be used to view student schedules, attendance, classes, coursework, grades, contact information and additional information provided by the school district.

BASD students will be assigned HAC user names and passwords by the district.  Students will not have the ability to change passwords and may have access to less information than guardians.

Guardians of BASD students will need to register for an account prior to accessing HAC.  Guardians must have a valid email address in eSchoolPLUS in order to create an account.  When registering for an account a guardian must enter the following information exactly as it appears in eSchoolPLUS:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • City
  • Zip Code

If more than one guardian matches, the guardian will also be prompted to enter their email address to ensure that proper matching takes place in the system.

Guardians having issues registering for an account should contact either the Brookville Jr./Sr. High School office or the Hickory Grove Elementary School office.  Office personnel will be able to verify the information entered into eSchoolPLUS for the guardian.

Guardians and students can access HAC via the HAC Login link at the top of this page or by using the HAC link on the district homepage.  

 

 


eSchoolPLUS Family App

eSchoolPLUS offers a mobile app that guardians and students can use to access Home Access Center information.  This app is called eSchoolPLUS Family and is available on the Google Play store for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.  Click the images below to be redirected to the appropriate store for your device.

Updating Guardian Information in eSchoolPLUS 

It is important that contact information for guardians is kept current in the district's student information system.  Certain pieces of information may be updated by guardians within Home Access Center after the guardian successfully creates an account.  Guardians can also request updates to their contact information by using the Guardian Information Update Form linked below or by stopping in to either the Hickory Grove Office (for elementary students) or the Jr.-Sr. High School Office.
