Obtaining/Renewing Clearances

*State Police Report ($22) – This may be done online or on paper.  Online address is https://epatch.pa.gov/home - Follow the directions for applying online with a credit card. You should get your results almost instantly. Print the results and submit to the Superintendent’s Office with your application. A paper application is also available.

*Child Abuse Report ($13) – This may be done online or on paper. Online address is www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS. Via paper - Follow the directions as indicated on the form. You may submit the application and money order to Rep. Brian Smith’s office, or you may mail it. The results must be printed and submitted with your application.

*FBI Fingerprinting Report  -  https://uenroll.identogo.com  The service code for school districts is 1KG6XN .

ALL CLEARANCES SHOULD BE OBTAINED AND SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION!

*Must be updated every five years (60 months).
