You should get your results almost instantly. Print the results and submit to the Superintendent’s Office with your application. A paper application is also available.

*Child Abuse Report ($13) – This may be done online or on paper. Online address is www.compass.state.pa.us/CWIS. Via paper - Follow the directions as indicated on the form. You may submit the application and money order to Rep. Brian Smith’s office, or you may mail it. The results must be printed and submitted with your application.
