2025-2026 Sports Physicals - 6th Graders

Greetings  6th grade parents.  Starting in 7th grade your son or daughter will be eligible to participate in all of our Jr high sports.  Every student participating in athletics must have a PIAA physical.  Next Wednesday May 7th we will be offering a free physical to students in grades 6-11 during the school day.   There is a limited number of appointments available.  To sign up for one of these openings you will need to come to the main entry at the  high school office.  All forms must be completed by the parent or guardian prior to getting a physical.  You will not need to be present as long as you have completed the parent portion of the physical form.  This will be the only time we are offering this free physical for the 2025 2026 school year.

Students in grades 7-11 will be able to sign up outside the athletic office.

Thank you
