Brookville P.A.T.H.S. (Parents and Teachers Helping Students) is once again participating in the Box Tops for Education Program.  The program is an easy way for community members to donate to schools without having to spend extra money.

Box Tops for Education is a program started by General Mills. The program helps communities provide kids the tools needed for success by generating funds back to the school.  Schools can use the funds for what they need most.  There are hundreds of participating products in food and non-food categories that carry Box Tops on their packages.  Each Box Tops clip is worth 10 cents.  Each month, P.A.T.H.S. collects and counts the Box Tops that have been sent into the school.  Those Box Tops are then submitted to General Mills.

When families and schools work together to collect Box Tops and send them in, the money adds up fast!  P.A.T.H.S. receives a check twice a year from General Mills.  These funds are used for Brookville School District Programs and events.

It’s simple. Buy the products; clip the Box Tops; send the Box Tops to school and earn cash.  In addition to sending the Box Tops into the school, P.A.T.H.S. has placed collection containers at some of our local businesses.  Collection containers can be found at The Brookville YMCA, The Rebecca M. Arthurs Memorial Library, and Mike’s Comet.
